My name is Emma and I'm a serial entrepreneur, health, mindset and lifestyle coach. Wife and mum of two very active young boys. I'm on a mission to help women who are working so damn hard to keep all of their balls up in the air, to overcome stress and overwhelm. Get it together and create a life of better health, balance, freedom and fun.

For the past 16 years I have been helping women from all over the world ditch the overwhelm of diet and exercise and aim to give you the real life practical tools to help you just feel better in your body and fill your life with more fun and freedom!

What You Will Get:

  • Links To Home Workouts The challenge includes 3 x 40 minute workouts per week. Can all be done at home and options given for all levels. If you have a pair of dumbbells then dust them off and get them out to really maximise the work from this challenge.
